When will I be charged?
We accept exchanges based on sizing needs. If your leotard is too big or too small, we will be happy to exchange it and send it in your next month's box. If there are no subsequent boxes, we will ship at that time. (Helpful hint: only on rare occasions do we ever get the same leo twice- just recently with Snowflakes. If you return for size you likely will not get the same one back, anyway.)

Please know that there are many variables which allow a subscription box to run effectively, where you purchase what someone else chooses for you for the purpose of variety and trying new things. They do not operate like an online retail store, where you specifically choose what you purchase. There is often no extra stock available to exchange without affecting your future box or someone else's next box. Making an exchange can take time.
Can I pick out the leotard my child receives?
What if I don’t like the leotard?
We will be happy to exchange your leotard and send you a new selection. You pay the return shipping and we will ship a new one to you at our shipping expense.
My child grows so fast. What if I need to change sizes?
We expect that your child will grow and that’s the beauty of Gym Fox! Simply email email@example.com and give us your name and the new size and we will update your account for your next shipment.
Can I share a subscription between my kids?
At this time, each subscription is for one child only. We do not honor size switching for different children or siblings. If you would like test a box, we do offer specialty boxes from time to time, like the Birthday Box and the Holiday Box!
How often am I billed?
Your card will auto-bill once every month (every 4 weeks) and your box will ship one week after.
What can I expect to receive in the box with the leotard?
While the leotard is the focal point of the shipment, we throw in some other fun sporty doo-dads just for fun! These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How many extra items come in my athlete's box?
When will my box ship?
In most cases, we ship the next day. However, if we don't have the perfect fit for you in stock, we special order then ship as soon as it is delivered. Your box will ship within 10 business days after your purchase. If this is the case, we will send you an email with your expected ship date.
